Understanding your attachment style with Vicki Pavitt

Attachment theory - the way we relate to others, based on our formative years, is an increasingly hot topic. And with good reason.  Understanding your attachment style - anxious attachment, avoidant attachment or disordered attachment - can help enormously in your cultivating loving and secure relationships, whether you are dating, in a long term relationship, happily single or somewhere in between.

And the person that has really taught me in depth about attachment theory over the years has been my dear friend and former Project Love partner, Vicki Pavitt.

If you don't know Vicki then let me tell you she is one of the best Love Coaches out there - she transformed my love life and then went on to help thousands of other women transform their love lives too.

And her all time favourite topic when it comes to love, is the topic of Attachment theory. And so that is why I invited her into Club You to dive deep into the topic with me…and you.

So hit play and discover what Attachment Style you are and let us know in the comments below!
