Making friends with stress

 
 

Today’s Monday Pep-talk is a bit of a longer one than usual because I had SO much to say and wanted to share it ALL with you. In fact I can't quite believe that this is the first time I've done a Pep-talk on this topic because I actually find it endlessly fascinating and believe that it is a topic that is wildly misunderstood. I am of course talking about the topic of STRESS.

Did you know, for example, that there are TWO types of stress? 'Good' stress and 'bad' stress? And that in the modern working world we are mistakenly running on the 'BAD' stress most of the time??
