Different types of play:

Physical play - what physical activity feels playful to you?

Relaxation play - what relaxing activities feel playful to you?

Creative play - what creative activities - at home and at work - feel like play to you?

Cognitive play - what activities that involve mental challenge and learning feel like play?

Exploratory play - what exploring and experimenting feels like play to you? e.g. going to knew places, travelling, learning new things, exploring and experimenting
