How it works

For three months you’ll have me as your own personal coach, completely dedicated to helping you design a life and career you love.

The Coaching Programme includes:

  • A personalised 121 coaching programme for three months created just for you

  • 6 x 1 hour 1-to-1 coaching sessions every 3 weeks over a period of three months - online on Zoom (you have the option of recording the sessions so that you can revisit them any time) 

  • A clear and exciting action plan for you to take away after each session, that has you moving forward step by step towards the life and career you want, until it becomes a reality

  • Ongoing support from me between sessions (via Whatsapp) throughout the three months so that you feel supported and celebrated throughout
